New service allows district job applications to be submitted online
Ballard County Schools has partnered with TalentEd Recruit & Hire to offer online applications for any available job in the district. This service is available immediately by clicking this link.
Once there, applicants may click the "Apply" button on the right side of the page. They will be taken automatically to a full description of the position, and may click another button to the right of the page marked "Apply for this Position."
Unless applicants have an existing username and password in the system from another district, they first must create a new account. Existing accounts may be transferred to this district.
After an applicant's information is completed, he or she will receive a confirmation number, and may return any time to submit additional applications.
Paper applications no longer will be accepted for any jobs in the district -- however, applicants for substitute positions are asked to complete a substitute packet. Please contact Carolyn Stowell (see information below) to set up an appointment to pick up the packet and any additional information. The packet must be completed and returned to her before you can be added to our substitute list. Anyone who does not have internet access may come to the Ballard County Board of Education office at 11 Vocational School Road and make an online submission there. Normal office hours are 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Monday through Friday.
